I guess it depends on how frequent y'all wash them too..
my skin is real irritated rn and it's been like that for three weeks now. -
My sister does the dishes now, but for the past five years I've been doing them every night.

yeah that makes sense. would be tiring if you had to do house work and then work at a job.
I have two jobs.. both of them I do dishes in. so thats why my skin is so irritated. -
I have one job. Sometimes the green scrubby gives me welts.

Is it possible for you to do another task other than dishwashing? like order taking?
same. -
Oh I do a bunch of stuff. We only need like three people working there at once (We're not that big).
I just happen to be one of the faster ones at dishes, since I've been doing that or five years.
