  So there was this couple who drove through the drive thru, claiming that they were missing a bag worth of their order and my AGM asked them which manager did they talked to, and they said a name that wasn’t familiar. And he asked them when they came, and they said yesterday.
  
  Then my AGM was like... “yesterday was thanksgiving..”
  
  And they ZOOMED off 💀
  
  Just a funny story I wanted to share, cause that made my night lol.
