Nightmares. Don't have to worry about those since I don't sleep half of the nights anyways!

my depression has caused me to sleep a minimum of 12 hours a day, if not more. but i'm going to start a new vitamin and mineral regimen soon, so maybe that will help :) -

Breyer's lactose free is good but expensive

I like the lactose free more because it scoops easier and is softer somehow
