I think I have ADHD but my parents say I don't and I should stop whining about it, so I did.

Yesh... I also have sensory, though. It affects me a lot. I feel I can't communicate with people properly, forming parts of my depression, anxiety, and insecureness. -

Something my dad does is make fun of me when I p//p (o, o) so I usually just hold it in and it hurts.
