My psychiatrist recommended it by I'm not officially prescribed with it. I could get a medical license but it's VERY expensive and time consuming.
Kinda. Not exactly. It makes me calm down and relax, ig it's closer to a sedative. It has different effects on everyone, though, some people get really anxious. -
