And has GTQ Guy officially declared a need for such, or the moderation staff stating that they are understaffed?

I don't think so, but if they do need more mods later, than Jayfeather310 would be a good choice.

I personally don't know if they would be. I haven't really taken the time to get to know them. So, that plus the fact that the ratio of mods to members is a bit heavy on the mod side, I don't know if there will be need of another mod. Considering this should be a busy time for a forum site, what with the Covid scare going on. So it seems a bit unnecessary to me for these kind of threads to be populating the forum
