It isn't supposed to. You have to log out before you click the link. That's how I create alts, I'm not sure about you.

Yeah that's what I thought we'd do, but these peeps seem bored. We can wait a little longer, but if they still aren't done making alts, then we can start. By the time the other people are done, they'll hopefully have an alt ready.
