I hate yelling, although I've started to do it more these past few weeks. I can't let my temper get the better of me. I can't show emotion towards these types of things.

I wish I could help, truthfully. Life gets stressful sometimes, it happens to me a lot. I just try and imagine what it’s like for the other person, and I put myself in their shoes.
Like today, I was poking Paco cause he was hiding underneath my bed and I wanted him out of my room. I kinda harshly poked him. I realized that he didn’t like it and stopped -
I think everyone else is kind of like that. I just don’t want to get angry at people, and I try to think of the consequences.
But Cats, deserved every bit of that -
Absolutely not. You feel bad for calling someone an idiot and a liar. Trust me, saying those things are mild, at best.
