I hate conflict. So when it rises, I try my best to avoid it. Or to stay silent. And my mom hates when I don’t stand up for myself.

Idk. I just wish I didn’t have to deal with this. But when I look at it.. I hate when others don’t stand up for themselves. Kinda like one of my managers at my first job. She gets s--- on and I get mad when she doesn’t speak up. So why is it different for me? Why am I a hypocrite? Am I? Why is it that it’s so easy to tell other people something but we fail or struggle to do the same? Why is it the same with actions? Why are we like this?
A great example is when people tell another to love themselves or to look after themselves, but them themselves don’t do that.. -
