What did you watch then?
God, call me uncluttered but I don't think I ever watched Animaniacs xD looks cute
Thats a sudden change xD Do you have any dragon OCs? -
*uncultured
lol -
At daycare? I wouldn't watch, then. I'd read a few books sometimes, or play something with my friends.
But outside of daycare, it was a mixture of PBS Kids and old cartoons. Like the original Looney Toons and Tom and Jerry and Betty Boop and Popeye and Chilly Willy and so on. When you grow up on those old cartoons and then compare them to the new ones it's definitely not the same.
PBS Kids is actually how I learned to read and write before preschool. By 3 years old I was finding inconsistencies in the shows though lol.
Only one. Her name is Atalith. And for the life of me I can't remember if I found it and it means fire, or if I made it myself. -
*if I found the name
-
Aww. You seem like the type to play and read rather than sit and watch cartoons all day lol.
It really isn't. Some are just not meant to be remade. I adored Betty Boop and Popeye omg.
Inconsistencies? Like not showing enough?
It sounds and looks like it's related to fire. I tried googling and I got no results xD its a pretty name tho. -
Would you do that instead of watching cartoons? Lol
Agreed. I've seen a few episodes of the new Tom and Jerry and Looney Toons, and I just can't. They're not even funny even more. The old ones were clever and you also have a chance to learn something from them. Like have you seen some of the cartoons from WWII? You definitely don't see things like that anymore.
I found a few
So at this point I don't know
Thanns -
*Thanks

And for the inconsistencies, for example, this one episode in Super Why. The book they were in was taking place in autumn. One of them said, "Shhh. Be very quiet." And you didn't even hear the crunching of leaves as they tiptoed across the forest floor.
There's other things, like, they wouldn't be doing that, because they'd be taking this other thing I to consideration, you should have done that, there's going to be consequences if you do that, and so on -
yeah I pretty much just played mostly as a kid. would say thats the reason why I haven't watched many shows that people usually had, but im okay with forgetting if I ever watched Looney Toons. Wasn't a fan of it. xD
but yeah I agree.
oh would you look at that xD. Do you still use her or is she dormant? :O
I get what you mean now! xP very smart lol -
Yeah same. Some of my friends get after me for it XD
I really like the old Looney Toons.
Have you ever watched Woody Woodpecker? I love that cartoon also.
I still use her. Literally ever roleplay that has to do with dragons I use her.
Yeah, I was also the kid that would be like, "It's not physically possible that they're able to do that! Two dragonflies can't pull a boat faster than a man can row it!" And things like that.
My mom was always like, "Child, expand your reality." -
Even after choosing to do other activities vs watching cartoons, you sure do know a lot of them. :P Like Woody Woodpecker looks familiar but I really don't remember watching that either. your friends should be proud xD
Oh sweet! Do you ever think of adding more dragon OCs? Are your preference settled with fire breathers only or do you like any type?
yeah, you're too smart for the shows LOL. there a lot of things I didnt even pick up. I just simply watched lel. but they are cartoons so -
You see, there was this thing we had where every Thursday was Daddy-Daughter Day (it was my dad's only day off and it was special that we got to see him). He'd put on all these cartoons that he grew up watching. So I always liked the old cartoons and would watch those, but the new ones that everyone else watched I didn't like nearly as much.
I might make more, I'm not sure. I like other types of dragons too, but fire has always been my favorite. -
oh that was sweet :3
yeah, fire is pretty badass. -
Yeah. We stopped doing them since we started school. We've done one every once in awhile over the years, though. I think the last one was we went to a monster trucks thing.
I've always liked fire for some reason. I have absolutely no idea why. -
Making supper
