We got rear-ended a week or two ago. The woman and denied it even happened. So my mom had to call the cops just to get her information. They were there twenty minutes until she finally gave her information. Twenty minutes of her calling down curses on my mom, calling her a heathen, questioning the cops' authority, and flailing her arms around saying it didn't happen.
Then the woman's insurance company was saying the damage was there before, since the lady that crashed into us had no damage and that the damage we had was inconsistent, and all this stuff.
She owns a super large vehicle, of course she didn't get any damage.
We got footage of our car from the week before the accident when we went to the bank driving through it with no damage.
The lady's insurance wouldn't accept the footage.
But now we have pictures of the actual accident from where it happened. Now there is no way they can deny it ever happened. -
