I've noticed you tend to be a bit immature in situations that could use more maturity. I don't have a specific example in mind, but I know I've seen you take a serious topic just a bit too lightly. You should try to find a balance between being young and not taking everything seriously vs. being mature and handling important situations when you need to.
Disclaimer: I haven't interacted with you much recently, nor do I know what interactions happen between you and others off-site. Therefore, my perception may be invalid & based off of old former knowledge. But if it's not, I hope it helps you in some way, shape, or form. Additionally, this is NOT intended to be an attack on your character. I am only trying to share my personal analysis/perceptions.
