You've sometimes turned a blind eye to poor behavior from your friends, which can be very dangerous. I believe that— assuming you are able to— you should be more willing to call others out on bad behavior/actions. Don't let your friends get away with things just because they are your friends.
I also believe that you are too forgiving of those around you. There is a fine line between forgiving people and partaking in their gradual growth, and constantly forgiving people who are toxic for you and your wellbeing. You need to find the balance between forgiving people for mistakes and recognizing that someone is constantly making these mistakes without trying to get better. Be willing to cut people out of your life, should you need to. You are not obligated to let anyone stay in your life. Do not let them use you and your kindness.
Finally, I believe that you should give yourself more credit. I think that you bring yourself down a lot more than you realize, but you really are a great person. You don't deserve your struggles. I hope you are able to take better care of yourself and find healthy alternatives to the difficulties you've been facing recently. I believe in you. I am confident that you can get past this. Don't forget to be confident in yourself, too. -

I do agree with what Jill said. As much as having friends can be good for you, there is a certain time where you do have to call people out for their bad/toxic behavior.
I do feel you are to harsh on yourself a lot. I haven't talked to you a lot, but I have talked to you enough to know you are a good person. ❤
As for mod duties, I feel you are on point all of the time. You are always there to give advice and help out! You always are in the conversations (which I need to work on more), and you overall have a great attitude as well! -
