the last few times iv been getting long streaks have been when iv been more suicidal

i feel like iv only been doing sh when i want to be alive

iv still been having strong urges to sh but im not beating them with willpower. im just too drained to even do the things i shouldn't

ok not happy anymore. found out that something i thought was a big problem is actually a f---ing massive problem

found a solution to that problem and i had a very nice night. actually didn't even feel any depro in the corners of my mind at some points. been a while since iv been happy like that
