I’m in a really bad place right now, and I’d like to have some new comfort foods and recipes, since that’s how I deal with stress,
Just anything you do to relax and calm down -

My main one is chocolate. Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Cheesecake is good too.
Some other ones are spaghetti (i posted on of the recipes we have in the gtq cookbook), stroganoff (I'll try to find the recipe later if you're interested), and grilled cheese with tomato soup. -
the first thing I ate after my grandmother passed was macaroni milk & butter.
it's just macaroni and cheese but without the cheese. we also put black pepper in it.
I hadn't eaten for a while and I was grief-stricken so maybe that's why it tasted so good to me but, either way, it's something I go to when I want to eat something comforting.
maybe you can also try recreating something tasty from your childhood, something from a happy memory -
Cook urself up some french toast or pancakes for a breakfast in bed day off?? But some like,, rlly over the top ones. Fruit, yogurt, whatever you want to go alongside it :) and ur favorite drink u have to go w it all.
N you could have all that while watching something in bed lol

Personally though, I always order a favourite meal of mine when I'm feeling down - like wonton noodle soup. Otherwise I get myself a nice drink bc I love drinks lol -
Mac and cheese, grilled cheese and Tomato soup sound pretty good.
I’ll need to see if I can work the grill properly -
I’ve never made pancakes before, but I think I could try.
French toast tho. Never again, that was a mess. -
i dont have any recipes but everything is better when i have pierogi.
