And what makes it worse is that she's mirroring the thing the lady next door does to her. -
I have good neighbors, so I've never had to deal with "the lady next door" type of thing.

My first take on neighbors in a town...
I grew up in an apartment complex, then I moved to an actual house closer to my teen years.
This is the first house I've ever lived in...and the first encounter with neighbors like this. -

But yeah, the neighbors around here are really nice. If a tree falls on someone's garage (it happened three houses down a few years ago), the neighbors will come with their chainsaws and get it off. Other things too. -

Yeah. If you're in trouble, they're always willing to help.
And if you're doing something that's against the law, but not super bad (like leash laws) if you stay out of their business, they'll stay out of yours. -
Hahaha. I wish I had neighbors like that.

But if there's like a robbery, or something, the person will be caught half a block away, and the police will.find them tied up with jumpropes.

And there's no HOA, so people aren't going to get after you for not having your place look presentable. Again, the you stay out of our business, we stay out of yours.
My dad would get hammered by the HOA if we had one. -
