Harassing and insulting is against the rules. More so for someone that was already on thin ice. Her numerous malicious outbursts were the final straw.

She was banned. We gave her a chance out of the kindness of our hearts. And she used that chance to smear people, again. -

She's trying to start drama and intentionally make people feel bad. Why are you defending her?

nah, she says s--- with the intention of hurting people and then says she was "joking" to excuse it. I could say you're a piece of s--- human with nothing going for you in life, and then be like "lol no one can take a joke" when you get upset.
