The fight was over dog piling, people essentially "ganging up" on users they don't like/their friends don't like.
It's been resolved, but my point was that I shouldn't have argued in the first place. I should have tried to de-escalate the situation and then share my opinion. Instead, I got offended and made the problem worse. Which is not right. -
That's what I need to work on. Thinking before speaking. Being an adult and not giving in to my irrational emotions. I let my emotions cloud my judgement.

I believe we talk about others behind their backs very easy and it’s a habit that’s hard to break. I’ll admit I do it sometimes to.
As an adult though I try not to hold grudges and try to end beef with anyone that talks s--- about me or others. -
But here’s the thing Jill, people have to realize if they talk behind someone’s back, they should know the other maybe doing the same thing

Even then, that doesn't make it right. If I want people to be able to trust me, then I should try my best to catch myself I say something I shouldn't, even if I assume someone else is talking about me. You know? And I know that's extremely difficult to do, so I won't hate myself for being bad at it, but I definitely need to step up my game on not joining or starting conversations like that. It just doesn't sit right with me.

Also, GTQ as a whole needs to get better at not ganging up on people. We've got a bad rep as a community for doing that. I'll say that sometimes it's warranted, but it's definitely an issue that causes an unfortunate divide. Luckily, we've been trying to stop that behavior. All we can do is get better at our attempts.

True, but that's something I should do in private if it is happening. No need to get friends involved in my private affairs. Unless those private affairs are something SUPER serious, like threats/harassment/abuse.
