i was gonna sleep but then my little brother nad his mom showed up
he broke something ig and is having a meltdown and his mom is yelling at him
she keeps being like "I'd beat your butt if you didn't have autism" and stuff
the child crying is really triggering me
my muscles are really tense and i had a tic attack
i locked my door our of reflex
i just need it to stop -
