Nope! Phen is made of magic/ Void and thus Swarm cant actually interact with Phen. Same with the other shards

Nope, for the same reason. The shards cant actually see Swarm, due to his unique ability. Magic can not detect him, or effect him.

Why does Vale hate Existence? -
It is his nature. He embodied Void in its truest form, and despised anything that is not void.
