Nixie and Pharaoh could become one(or Phen and Pharaoh even) but its much less likely then Phen consuming one of them, and even that is less likely then Phen eating Nixie. Because, simply put, they have no interest in doing so. Phen would do it because eating things is his nature

I didnt actually grow any, Nixie just made me progesivly taller every time she added to or changed my lore. I started out at the same hight as them(5.1). I actually have no idea why she kept making me taller
