what a week for me. i think my stepdad's gone crazy. he screamed at his mother after losing her credit card that she let him use to be nice, then smashed his phone out of frustration. he's been like this for months, calling me a liar on a several occasions, and just being a dick. i don't know why, and he's beginning to scare me.

my mom and my dad met and dated for a few years. eventually, they had me. keep in mind they never married, and two years after they had me, they broke up for unknown reasons. after that, my mom got together with my now stepdad. my mom dated my stepdad for a while, and they married when i was six. by then, my dad also had a girlfriend (andrea). they had a child, who is my half brother (johnny). but soon after that, andrea and my dad broke up. then, when i'm eight, my mom and stepdad have a child (wesley). and that's basically it. i have a mom, stepdad, and dad. and two half brothers, who are not related.

its really hard, though. my stepdad is super intimidating and gets into a rage over the smallest things.

two weeks ago, i was helping my youngest brother do some sort of kiddie project with wood and nails and stuff. i accidentally messed up and used the wrong nail. stepdad got super worked up and yelled at me. i guess i answered too quietly for his liking, and he stood up, walked over to me, shoved his face into the side of my head, and screamed. my mom then stood up and started yelling at him, saying, get the f--- out of the house. you do not scream at Ellie like that. get the f--- out. i was so fricking scared, and my little brother started bawling.

i honestly don't know what to do. I've told my oldest little brother, but he's still to young to give advice. i can't tell my dad, because he'll start a fight and my stepdad will take it out on me. i wish i could just...snuff myself out, and not have to deal with anything anymore. i'm just so done with it all.
