the best advice i can give you is build solid, long lasting friendships. those friends will support you

it will take a couple years to develop those friendships but i promise it will help

soo i have to be miserbale for how many years???
every single day i wake up in the morning looking at myself asking myself "should i make thru this dsy?" -
some days will be better than others and making close friends wont cure depression but in my experience i can say it will help
