Oatmeal and I have bad blood, I used to hate it as a kid for some reason. -
Sometimes we let ourselves loose and eat anything, not realizing we are hurting our bodies. Try eating healthy for a week

Alright, I’m trying to think of everything I this week.
I’ve only had a single bag of chips and half a donut. Otherwise, I’m eating whatever we make for dinner. We had pizza last Friday, but I wouldn’t say that’s the cause. -
I think you need more veggies and fruits!! All of them have some form of vitamins from A to Z ^_^

Sometimes a good remedy is good to like idk maybe tea or idk if you drink some whiskey lol
