Do you mind if I comment on how the site has changed? I feel like early 2010s were a simpler time in general online. I mean thing about the memes that circulated then and YouTube culture. It was all so much simpler and more lively. As time goes on people become more reclusive because they just don't know what to expect and they're trying to fit into the online social climate. Plus, we were all a lot younger when we joined, so we have that nostalgia of being carefree. We are more jaded now. Afraid our internet friend will stop responding one day and tired of being bullied by people online.

I feel like one of the reasons GTQ has changed for me is simply because we grew up, and things started to lose their child-like wonder -
I mean to be fair I spawned on this site in the early 2020's but still lol, things were simpler then

I'm sure the pandemic hasn't helped much either. You'd think that people would talk online more because of it but I noticed everyone around me just shut down socially because of it. It was super emotionally exhausting for everyone. Maybe as we all begin to heal things will become nicer online again
