Just to put this out there, however, I will not be posting in the abuse thread, because doing so would be adding my own name to what seems to be a petition, for what I don't know. Where would one send said petition? Abusive parents act on their own, and a list of names online won't change their attitudes. Yeah, it's awful. I wasn't abused as a child, but I have a few friends who have.
