😩 I'll try to sleep but I woke up due to how bad the pain is

Aw man I totally understand :( whenever I had my wisdom teeth removed I could barely sleep, it was hell for like two weeks
But it's over now, and it'll be over for you, too! If there's nothing you can do to soothe your pain then waiting it out is the best option, and it'll all be over eventually, you just gotta hope for the best -
I'm able to naturally give myself a fever. I don't know how, but I can.

The issue is that she DOESN'T have a fever. A fever is the bodies natural response to fight off an infection. She has the infection, a SEVERE ONE at that, and no fever. It's like her body isn't fighting the infection for some reason.
