  So as y'all may know, I have anger issues. I know that's not an excuse for anything, but one thing NOT to do when I'm angry is trying to cool me off. That just makes me more and more angry. Also don't argue, because that also makes me angry. Just be biased about whatever situation that it is, don't take a side. Also don't say it's just a phase. That gets on my nerves. This may be hard to understand for people who are normal unlike myself.
