This one person who I'll refer to as Prick, is a light switch. Sometimes she's terribly and insufferably clingy and sometimes she ignores me and my other friends around HER "other" friends. She's really selfish and inconsiderate, and she has given me more stress than anyone else in my life.

I think the word you are looking for is "Neutral" not biased. Biased means you have an unfairly prejudiced thought for or against someone or something.
Neutral is you don't pick a side. -
I'm sorry, I'm really not trying to be difficult, but this is going to kill me. Taylor, do you know what "biased" means?
