that's up to you
the crust is really easy, so if you're going to try and make custard anyway, I'd think you might as well try to make the tart
I get it
I've only just recently taken up cooking more seriously -
Yeah, I've made pies before, and the crust was easy.
True, but I'd like to have a bit of experience before I try to do that.
I've always loved cooking, and liked baking. I think I'm more of a cook, though. -
understandable
I'd love to learn to bake so I can sell fresh breads and pastries
it seems like a really practical skill to have -
That sounds like a good idea. I've been wanting to try and bake bread, and see how much of a difference there is from the stuff from the store. But the place we get our bread from tastes fabulous.
It is. My mom told me that when she got out of college, all her friends were asking things like, "How do you boil water?" and things like that. They'd never cooked for themselves, apparently. -
where do you get bread from?
and how tf does anyone not know how to boil water -
Rotella's. We go to their factory where they sell the extra stuff they didn't sell to Arby's, or the grocery stores, or anything.
No idea. It's hilarious. -
Hi Road it is easy to boil water
-
I know it is, but these 20 year olds had no idea how.
-
*people in their 20s, I should say
-
Which 20 year old/s?
-
Look at my earlier post.
-
Read it. Although I don't mind cooking but I don't want to switch it on. It somehow scares me when I turn it on
-
Strange.
-
I am absolutely terrified of the noise. I know the chances of this happening is low but, I'm afraid it might explode or something
-
The noise?
