do you remember the long drive between granite city and fenton? always really late at night. you never remember driving through there in daylight. just the way home, with ma's music playing loud enough to shake your bones. remember when she was the good guy? isn't it awful how someone you once saw as an angel becomes a human being right in front of you as you get older? do you remember the fringes of a life wherein things actually brought you genuine joy? right there, at the very end, while you were driving grandpa's car home from granite city? I don't know what we would have done differently if we'd known how things would end up. remember back then when justin took us places at midnight, when he was the only one of us that could drive. remember how it felt like the trip home from granite city, because he played his music so loud and drove so fast? he doesn't love us anymore. he says he does, but we have found that to be a lie. he hates us for moving in with pa, and while he can interact civilly with us, he's never cared enough to lie properly, and he makes it so obvious he's just tolerating us. now your baby sister is a few months from being able to drive a car. maybe the extended family will welcome her, despite the way the rest of us left them behind. maybe she'll be making that drive one of these days. isn't that weird? -

No problem, I understand the work you put into it and the theme of self hate/self love is so dang important I wish more people would consider that theme. I will try to follow the points u made in it. I havent been the best at self love recently
