Been a while since I've been on in my original account.

...

Hey, what's up?
-
-
Wow. That's amazing!
(I desperately wanted to change my name. It's still Clara.) -
Is that your voice? :o
You're really good! -
Welcome back, Clara.
Thank you kindly. It's Pag, right? -
You're so good! I can't get my voice to do that. It's either y chest voice or my head voice. No in between.
-
chest or head voice?
-
You can call me whatever lol. How're you?
-
Chest voice refers to that lower, thicker, and warmer tones. It also reflects the register that we normally use speaking. When you sing using your normal speaking register, or close to it, put your hand on your chest, and you will feel a vibration.
The higher part of your singing voice is called head voice because most people feel the vibrations in their head or skull while singing in head voice. Having a head voice for singing is necessary to access those really high notes in the song. ... Also be aware of the sensations in your mouth as you sing in head voice.
I just copied and pasted all that because I can't explain things for the life of me. -
Did you not tell me Pag?
I'm doing great! What about you?
jesus
I don't know about any of that, I just sing -
I might've, my memory is bad, sorry. That's good! I'm doing good.
-
That sounds like talent to me! It seems your naturally a good singer
-
Alright, I'll just call you Neon, then.
I don't think that's quite it- I've been doing it and steadily improving for as long as I can remember. I never want to discredit the good practice can do for anyone.
Would you guys like to hear what my new microphone sounds like, though? That recording was from my phone. The microphone is really clear. It's lovely.
