do you have any close friends you can stay with for a bit? if you have a place to stay for a bit after you turn 18, you can get a job and get a small apartment for yourself

I have every right to be bitter, and I try not to be, but whenever I open my heart up to anyone, it never works out.
Who I am isn't who I want to be, but I don't get a choice on who I want to be, either. WHAT AM I EVEN HERE FOR?!
My parents keep saying "You're here to worship God," but outside of worship, I have to have some sort of purpose and what the heck is it?! I guess I'm the family doormat! That's my purpose!
