I think my mom mentioned that if we don't get help today, we'll just go through her account. It's less than optimal bc I'm 18 and having to talk through her will be problematic, but at the rate this is going, I'd rather do that than keep going in circles -

I'm guessing they're doing this cuz of the virus. My dad and his friends are allowing any patients to visit them. (There are a special section of docs in their place)

Yes, they claimed my symptoms were potentially Covid-19, which is why they needed to set up a virtual visit. But nobody could help me set up an account. We called again and they offered a phone visit. Like, why not offer this to me the first time? :(

I'm set up for a phone call visit tomorrow at 11. I'm honestly considering asking if they can set up an X-ray because my body feels like it's f---ing dying & idk what's going on. I'm hyper aware of my ribs and heart right now and it's freaking me out.
