on saturday im meeting up with my old manager to practice tarot!! she actually was the one who introduced me to spirituality. i adore her, she's the closest thing to a mother figure that I've ever had. I haven't seen her since she left my workplace for another job. im really nervous but also really excited.

used tarot cards to gain insight into the dream i had about you last night. somehow they ended up laying out our relationship in chronological order. i didn't cry and i'm proud of myself for it but.
in the dream, i asked you why we'd stopped seeing each other. you very plainly said "I didn't want to be with you." It hurt, it's probably nothing you would ever have said in person. You're too kind. But I think it was probably the truth.
I kind of know it is. And it's okay. I know it's okay, and I know I'm okay with it being okay. I know now that I'm ready to let go and move on.
But I need to take some time to look back on my inner conflict and truly make peace with this war, settle myself and just take a breather. That's where I am now.
And then after- Things will be fine. Smooth sailing, I'll finally be able to get you out of my head. I feel better already. As much as it hurt to hear you say those words.. It's what I needed all along.
I'm really enjoying my tarot cards. They're a great insight tool.
I also keep getting my card for Jill. Almost every time I shuffle. It's funny. I think I subconsciously think of her anytime I'm trying to focus on a question. Oops. -
