I mean it's a little rated R but in general I dont like being touched/kissed by somebody i don't have feelings for but I feel obligated to do these, idk, dating activities when I go on dates with people? Like i wish i could just go on a date without feeling like. There's this pressure to do these things I'm not super okay with

yeah, i know what you mean. you put a lot of pressure on yourselves to do things you don't want to because you pity someone else
maybe practice self control? that way once you go out on dates you can better be able to say no to yourself, or to hold off until you're ready -
