My brother is a lot better at explaining this than I am, but the versus in the bible that people use to condemn homosexuality were actually mistranslated. You can study up on it on your own.
I had a lot of internal homophobia growing up. I still do. It's been ingrained in me by my parents. My mom cried the first time I tried to tell her I was bisexual. Maybe it's funny to you, but to someone who is actually lgbtq+.. it's hateful and hurtful.
God says love everyone. That wasn't mistranslated. -

But on another note: if god truly sees homosexuality as a sin.. why are animals gay? Not just sometimes, it happens a lot. Some are bi, some are straight up gay.
