Acting/Speaking out of anger wastes your energy and only exhausts others. Mind what you put into the universe because it does come back to you.
I've spent the last seven years fighting the demons in my head and today they're much easier to quiet than they were when I was 14, when I was 16. It's not easy to change but it isn't impossible. -
