i've been off my antidepressants for three months now, not by my choice
and i lost 23 lbs. i look better but i'm afraid if i go back on them i'll gain it all back. it feels so... satisfying to be under 200 lbs again
but i know i'll be happier if i take them. all i do in my free time is lay in bed. -
also what i'm saying may be because i'm not on my meds. please don't like, copy me ig lol
