My workplace got these weird as face shields. They're like flimsy plastic welding helmets except not for welding and LITERALLY useless? They say right on the inside "does not protect from infectious diseases"

I still need to put thought into what I want to study. I know I want to be a part of something that makes a difference in the world. Not necessarily a charity or organization like that. But something with a purpose.
I know it'll have to be relatively fast-paced or at least smth that keeps me busy -
