things escalated between our argument and he swung at me so I swung back and I don’t remember what else happened because my mind was not in control anymore which is the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced because I always see that type of thing and think the people are exaggerating but no you really don’t know what’s going on you’re just on autopilot the next thing I know the person from the house who went with me to this place has me in their car and was telling me how I f---ed up and am probably going to get pressed charges for assault

My lip is busted I don’t know what happened to the guy I doubt I did much damage I’ve never been in a fight before

But yeah fun f---ing times I don’t know what to do. The friend found out so she came over and she said she’d take care of it but how do you take care of it if even when you two were dating the tension between them and me was high and he hated me
The only saving grace I can think of is the he swung first thing but I instagated the fight so I dint even know if this is valid -

Thank you it kind of did?
They made the two of us sit down at the dinner table and they made the person who was with me say what happened. Then the girl who said everything was taken care of reminded us that the place we were at had cameras so that they would prove he was the one who threw the first punch so we could A) get the police involved and basically Russian roulette to see who gets charged or B) just drop everything and both move on. We both just settled it then and there and just agreed to not talk to each other ever again because neither of us wanted to go to jail. And then we apologized to each other.
And I was right, he only had a small bruise on his eyebrow so that puts the can I fight theory to rest.
Tbh the only thing I learned from this is that getting punched when having snakebites in burns like hell. -
Oh and that I should stop babying my friends because not all friends would have my back like this one especially if I were to go to jail

Did I just lose out on a potential lawsuit that could pay my way through the help i need to have a peaceful state of mind
Probably but I just don’t want that to happen again and as much as I dislike that guy I don’t want his life to be altered because of my actions -

I say when my diet has consisted of pineapple that was on sale for 67 cents each and 5 shots of tequila

Honestly this quarantine has made all of us drink more than normal -
