I just made some peach cobbler for the first time.

I remember when I made rhubarb cobbler for the first time. the recipe called for a cube of butter. Since a cube of butter is four sticks, that's what I used. It turned into basically deep-fried rhubarb cobbler. Turns out when they said a cube, they meant a literal cube. Two tablespoons.
