I never tan. Ever. The last time I got one was last year when I forgot to put on sunscreen while climbing Mt. Elbert, and my really bad sunburn turned into a tan.

will long sleeves prevent myself from getting burnt also? instead of snscreen sinse its covering my skin?

I'm not sure. Usually it doesn't matter if I'm wearing sleeves or not, my shoulders always get burned. I get sunburned really easily. But if you do wear long sleeves, you're going to be hot.
