  it must be exactly 3 am
  you go into your bathroom with a cup of starbucks, light three candles (to represent the last brain cells he has left after conversing with gtq members) but make sure all the lights are off.
  
  Have the starbucks sitting directly in front you, as you face the mirror.
  Close your eyes and spin three times then whisper “it’s free real estate”
  
  Blow the candles out then open your eyes. I’m 100% positive GTQ Guy will be in the mirror or a white girl named Courtney
