having really bad OCD day and I'm about to cry and I don't even have the strength to get out of bed but I don't want to lie to my dad and play sick

I'm not feeling too well today but I still have to go to school.

anxiety makes me nauseous anyway and I'm also on two different meds that make me nauseous so I technically wasn't lying when I said I feel sick
