I've always been this way, but having to be tougher through so much has left me with no idea how to be any other way. If I let my guard down, I'm easily hurt, even if no one means to do it, and I can barely handle the pain. I fear this much, so I try not to let my guard down. I try not to feel things. But how could I un-feel what I feel for you?
