Every time you contact me, I get really bad nightmares, and I hate it a lot. This one was so bad that I woke up with my heart racing, I was too scared to open my eyes, and I had to wait for several minutes for my cats to come in before I felt safe enough to open my eyes. Then my anxiety spiked up, so I had to send my cat downstairs so I could see it was "safe" before I went down to get myself a drink. I was parched, but I was too scared to physically move.
