SAINTMOTEL NewbieI wish it was still that easy to make friends. It's difficult for me to find people I don't mind being around.
I just cut off my best friend. Hurts, but they were a bad influence and leading my life in a direction I didn't want it to go. Of course, I didn't tell them that because obviously I still love them and would never want to hurt their feelings. I said I was taking time for myself, which wasn't a lie.
I've got so much to get done. I've got to make a goal to save up to, and a list of things that I need... First off, I've decided to buy a truck. I want everything I own to fit in the back of it, so that when I'm ready to leave, I can do it on my own. And I need to find a place to go. Somewhere no one knows me. Somewhere I'll go by a different name and be the mysterious stranger who has a secret past and a perfect dog.
The future is going to be alright, but it's getting there that's hard. I've made the choice to just.. Not talk to anyone from the town I live in now. It's cold, yeah, but I don't need friends here. I'm going to get a second job and work my ass off. A little worried that I'll be miserable but I think.. Things that you want, they're worth a little pain.
But I am a little sad today. Or.. Nostalgic, really. Anyone have cute pet picks or s---ty jokes to cheer me up? -
SAINTMOTEL NewbieI just got really excited because I realized that if I have a mattress in the back of my truck, and one of those covers that go over the back, I can travel anywhere and have a nice bed to sleep in. I think I'm probably going to go camping a lot. I'll start a journal online and take pictures of the places I go, aim to make friends everywhere and write about my adventures... Live life, you know? For myself.
