lemme improve it:
you can pass another driver by law on the side that does not carry a blindspot
you cannot pass another driver by law on the blindspot side unless that driver is in a special oneway lane going the opposite direction of the blindspot side. -

Right is the direction in which, on a graph, the x-axis is positive. Left is the direction in which the x-axis is negative. You can't argue with this, because graphs are only presented in one way and trying to look at one from another perspective and argue that my statement doesn't count, itself does not count because perceiving a graph any other way is nonstandard. Up is positive y-axis, down is negative y-axis, or away from Earth and toward Erth's center if you are on its surface (that's the nice thing about a sphere) and forward is positive z-axis, backward is negative z-axis. This is the only way they are eer presented and they are absolute.
