I shut someone out for a reason, but I get so lonely I let them back in, aaand it's worse than before

I'm shaking
And crying
And smiling
All at the same time
And I don't know what to do
When I cant accept the fact of the matter
That I need to be lonely

What do I do

Friendly and familiar faces, yet I am masked
I cannot call for help, like I would normally
For if I do, the vow I made
The promise I swore would be broken
I only wished to see old friends
Yet no doors are opened
Pain and strife
Sharp as a knife
I cannot seem to find a way
Which I am healthily copin'
